What is self storage?
Self storage is a flexible, secure, DIY style of storage. It is suitable for both business storage and household storage and whether you require long or short term, it is cost effective and can be tailored to suit whatever requirements you may have.
When can I access my self storage unit and is there a charge?
There is NO charge and you can visit your unit as often as you like during opening hours.
When can I move in?
As long as we have a room available you can move in today!
What do I need to bring with me?
All you need is 2 forms of ID (passport, driving license, utility bill etc) and a cheque book or cash and your belongings.
Do I have to have my goods insured?
Yes you do but it’s no problem - you can cover your items through us for a small extra fee.
How do I get my goods to you?
You need to bring them to us – we don’t do it for you. However, we can provide you with the details of some recommended van hire and removal companies who we know provide a good, reliable service should you need them.
How do I pay the monthly amounts?
You can either pay by standing order, BACS, cheque or cash – it’s entirely up to you! It’s also worth remembering that you only pay for the number of days you are with us as long as you have given us the correct notice.
How much notice do you need when I leave?
Only 7 days.
