What is Self Storage?

Self storage can provide perfect storage solutions for both household storage and business storage and can be used for both long term and short term storage solutions. The key benefits of self storage are that it is very cost effective, easily accessible and is so flexible that it can meet any requirement. Self storage caters for household storage, document storage, the storage of excess stock items or machinery and furniture storage. We even provide a student storage solution!

How do I Reserve A Storage Unit?

Its very simple - either ring us up or email us with the size room you need and when you need it and we will reserve it for you! There is no reservation fee and all we will need are your contact details.

We understand that moving house in particular doesn't always go to plan so if you are not completely sure of the exact date, we are happy to reserve a room for you with an approximate date and then for you to confirm it nearer the time.

Accessing My Self Storage Unit & Charges

During our opening times you can visit your secure self storage room as many times as you feel necessary. There is NO charge for doing this and no appointments are required - it can be done at times to suit you! This is very useful for customers who have archive storage with us that needs to be accessed regularly. If you need temporary access outside of normal hours, this can be done at no extra cost by arrangement.

How Quickly Can You Store My Goods?

Today! If we have the space that you require available then there is no reason why you cannot move into your new storage unit today.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?

ID - To arrange storage with us you will need to provide two forms of ID. This can be in the form of a passport, driving license or utility bill.

Payment - You will need to bring your payment with you in the form of card, cheque or cash.

Padlock - You will need a padlock to lock your storage unit and you can either bring one with you or purchase one from us for £10 when you arrive.

Do I Have to Insure My Goods?

Yes and if you don't have your own cover, we can arrange it for you when you arrive here for a small extra charge.

How do I get my goods to you?

You need to bring them to us – we don’t do it for you unless you book our 'man and van' service. We have a long wheel based transit van that we use for small removal jobs and this can be booked through our office. If you need a larger removal service or wish to do it yourselves, we can provide you with the details of some recommended van hire and removal companies who provide a good, reliable service.

Monthly Payments

We accept various methods of payment - standing order, BACS, card, cheque or cash. If you choose to pay by standing order, we can arrange this for you when you book in.

How Much Notice Do You Require To Leave?

We only require seven day's notice from our customers when leaving the unit.
